Pizza with boiled sausage
Description
The recipe won't take much time. I always have cooked sausage in my fridge. I use it for cold and hot sandwiches, cold appetizers, and, of course, pizza. I make the dough myself, slice the sausage, and then add whatever I find at home. For me, tomato puree and cheese are also essential. I usually mix grated yellow cheese with mozzarella for pizza. Serve with tea or coffee.

Step 1
Make the dough. To do this, mix the sifted flour with baking powder, add water and olive oil, and you can add a couple of pinches of salt. Knead the dough until it becomes elastic.

Step 2
Preheat the oven to 190 degrees and let it heat up. I'll make the pizza in the shape of the baking tray; it needs to be lined with parchment paper.

Step 3
Roll out the dough and place it on a baking sheet.

Grate the cheese, slice the sausage into rounds. Wash the tomatoes and cut them in half.
