Description
The recipe won't take much time. As a filling, you can use sausages, vegetables, herbs, mushrooms, meat, as well as canned or marinated products. Different spices and herbs are added to it. The pizza base can be made at home or purchased ready-made. It can be made from puff pastry, yeast dough, and other types of dough.

1. Warm the water to room temperature, add a pinch of salt, sugar, and yeast, mix well and let it sit for 7 minutes in a warm place. Sift the flour and gradually add it in portions to the water and yeast mixture. Knead the dough, adding olive oil at the end. Place the finished dough into a bowl, cover with plastic wrap, and let it rest for 15 minutes.

2. Wash the vegetables, slice the mushrooms and fry them in sunflower oil until the liquid has evaporated. Remove the seeds from the peppers and slice them into thin rings, slice the tomatoes into rounds as well. Cut the sausage into thin slices and grate the cheese.

3. Take out the rested dough, roll it out very thinly, 2-3 millimeters.

4. Place one-third of the cheese on the dough, then sprinkle with dried oregano and basil. Add the sausage, a layer of fried mushrooms, peppers, and tomatoes, then top everything with cheese.

5. Place in a preheated oven at 220 degrees for 10-15 minutes. Remove the cooked pizza from the oven, wait a few minutes, then slice it into pieces.
