Pizza with cheese in a multicooker

120 min4 serv.21 февр. 2026 г.

Description

Perfectly pairs with tea and coffee. Today I'll show you how to make cheese pizza in a multicooker, but using this recipe as a base, you can prepare pizza with any filling you like. The given ingredient amounts yield enough dough for 4 delicious pizzas. The filling ingredients I've listed are for one pizza—you can increase them or make four different pizzas as you prefer. Alternatively, you can portion and freeze the leftover dough; it freezes very well, so you'll always have ready-made dough on hand when you're short on time. Simple, tasty, and aromatic everyday pizza. Can be served with tea or coffee.

Instructions

  1. 1

    Step 1

    Step 1

    Prepare all the ingredients.

  2. 2

    Step 2

    Step 2

In a deep bowl, combine warm water, sugar, and yeast. Stir and let stand for 10–15 minutes.

  3. 3

    Step 3

    Step 3

    Add butter and salt.

  4. 4

    Step 4

    Step 4

Then add the flour in parts. You may need slightly more or less flour than specified in the recipe. The finished dough should be soft and pliable.

  5. 5

    Step 5

    Step 5

Gather the dough into a ball, brush with vegetable oil, cover the bowl with a towel, and place in a warm spot for about 1 hour.

  6. 6

    Step 6

    Step 6

The finished dough should double in volume.

  7. 7

    Step 7

    Step 7

Divide the dough into 4 parts.

  8. 8

    Step 8

    Step 8

Place parchment paper into the multicooker bowl and carefully press it against the sides. Grease with oil and place the rolled-out round dough on the bottom. Prick the dough with a fork.

  9. 9

    Step 9

    Step 9

Spread the sauce over the dough.

  10. 10

    Step 10

    Step 10

Sprinkle with grated cheese, using about 2/3 of it, and reserve a little for the top.

  11. 11

    Step 11

    Step 11

Place the filling on top. I'm using onion sliced into rings and cherry tomatoes. You can marinate the onion beforehand or scald it with boiling water to remove the bitterness.

  12. 12

    Step 12

    Step 12

Sprinkle the filling with the remaining cheese. Close the multicooker lid and set it to the "Baking" mode for 25 minutes. Adjust the cooking time according to your multicooker.

  13. 13

    Step 13

    Step 13

Pizza with cheese is ready in the multicooker. Thanks to the parchment paper, it's very easy to remove the pizza from the pot. Delicious both hot and cold.
