Pizza with cheese and mushrooms
Description
Perfectly complements meat, poultry, and side dishes. I make this pizza when I have just a little bit of various ingredients left in the refrigerator. Plus, the preparation process is not labor-intensive. To make cheese and mushroom pizza, prepare a simple dough—yeast-based or flaky. You can even use ready-made store-bought dough. If desired, substitute olives for the black olives, or replace ham with sausage. This is pizza—feel free to experiment! Check out the recipe. Serve chilled or at room temperature.

Step 1

Pre-fry the mushrooms (you can use any type). Roll out the dough and place it in a baking pan. Spread with any sauce (pizza sauce, or simply a mixture of ketchup and mayonnaise). Add the filling: tomato slices, mushrooms, onion half-rings, pepper, and ham cut into strips. Top with olives.

Step 2

Grate the cheese—preferably hard, but any kind will do. Generously sprinkle it on top.

Step 3

Bake in the oven for 20-25 minutes at 180°C. Remove once a golden crust appears. And here we have our cheese and mushroom pizza, ready to serve! It looks fantastic, and tastes even better.
