Instructions

Step 1

1. For a quick pizza, use ready-made yeast dough. If you have time, you can make it yourself: add a teaspoon of dry yeast (1.5 cups of warm water), a pinch of salt and sugar, and flour to warm water.
- 2
Step 2

2. The dough should not be too dense. Add vegetable or olive oil to it and leave it in a warm place for 30-40 minutes.
- 3
Step 3

3. When the dough has doubled in size, roll it out to the desired thickness (the dough will double in size during baking, so adjust the thickness of the dough accordingly from the start).

Step 4

4. Meanwhile, prepare the sauce: mix tomato paste with a small amount of water and add spices. Italian herbs are perfect for pizza. Bring the sauce to a boil and simmer until excess water has evaporated.
- 5
Step 5

5. Place the dough layer into the baking pan, lifting up the edges. Spread the prepared sauce over the dough, then add the filling.
- 6
Step 6

6. Spread the cheese over the entire surface, and also place the sausage on one side. Put the pizza in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for just 10-12 minutes.

Step 7

7. By this time, a cheesy crust will have formed on the surface of the dough. Serve the pizza with the cheesy crust while hot.
