Pizza with sausages and cheese
Description
Perfectly pairs with tea and coffee. Advanced cooks are always experimenting with various fillings, but beginners should start with the basics—simple, foolproof filling and dough. The combination of sausage, cheese, and tomatoes is a universal choice that everyone will love. You can use smoked or milk sausages; they can be pre-boiled or left raw. Don't skimp on the cheese, as it provides the pleasant creamy flavor. Serve with tea or coffee.

Step 1

1. In a bowl, mix warm water with yeast, then add olive oil, salt, and wheat flour. Knead the dough, transfer it to a bowl, cover with a towel, and let sit for 1 hour at room temperature. After an hour, roll out the dough to fit the pan and spread ketchup on it.
