Delicious baked treat for the whole family. Mushrooms don't require pre-cooking, as they are edible even raw, making them very convenient to prepare. I peel the skin off older, darker mushrooms, but even that isn't necessary. Just rinse them and place on paper towels to dry. Now, let's make the pizza. Serve with tea or coffee.
