Pizza with mushrooms and tomatoes
Description
Perfect for tea and coffee. Pizza with mushrooms and tomatoes is one of the simplest variations of this dish. The filling contains no meat or meat products—only cheese, tomatoes, mushrooms, and a bit of sauce. Of course, you can add other ingredients if desired, but personally, I prefer this version. So, here is the recipe for pizza with mushrooms and tomatoes: 1. Take 100 ml of warm water and dissolve the yeast in it. I recommend using active dry yeast, as the dough will rise in just 30 minutes to an hour. Mix the dissolved yeast with flour, salt, and olive oil. Over the course of 10 minutes, gradually add the remaining water and knead the dough. 2. Shape the resulting dough into a ball and let it rise in a warm place for 1 hour. Then cut it in half and roll each half into a 25 cm diameter round. 3. Add the toppings: first spread tomato sauce, then arrange thinly sliced tomatoes and mushrooms, and finally sprinkle with grated cheese (preferably mozzarella). Place the pizza in a preheated oven at 230°C (450°F) and bake for 17–20 minutes. Bravo! Pizza with mushrooms and tomatoes is ready. Slice and serve immediately ;) The baked dish is done. Serve at once.
