Salmon and cheese pizza

Description

The baking is simple and quick. For making this pizza, I recommend using cream cheese—such as "Philadelphia," "Mascarpone," "Almette," or another similar variety. Mozzarella cheese also works well. The soft cheese perfectly neutralizes the sharp taste of salted or smoked salmon. Capers and onion are added to give a distinctive "spiciness."
