Instructions
- 1
Step 1

Prepare all the ingredients.
- 2
Step 2

Combine warm water, sugar, and yeast. Mix and leave for 10 minutes.
- 3
Step 3

In a deep bowl, mix the flour and salt.
- 4
Step 4

Add the yeast mixture.
- 5
Step 5

Mix, add oil.
- 6
Step 6

Knead the dough. The dough will stick slightly to your hands—that’s normal. Shape it into a ball, grease with oil, cover the bowl with plastic wrap and place in a warm spot for 1 hour. The dough should increase in volume.
- 7
Step 7

Then divide the dough into two parts. Each piece makes one pizza, about 26–27 cm in diameter. You can freeze the second portion or bake a pizza with any other topping. Dust the work surface with flour and roll out the dough to the size of the pan. Grease the pan, lay the dough in it, and use your hands to form a small raised edge. Then prick the dough all over with a fork.
- 8
Step 8

Spread the dough with sauce, sprinkle with oregano.
- 9
Step 9

Grate the cheese and sprinkle part of it over the base.
- 10
Step 10

On top, arrange the sliced sausage, bell pepper and celery.
- 11
Step 11

Then arrange the cherry tomatoes sliced into rounds and sprinkle everything with the remaining cheese. Bake in the oven at 250 degrees for about 7–10 minutes. The dough is quite thin—the main thing is not to overbake it.
- 12
Step 12

Celery pizza is ready. If you like, you can sprinkle any fresh herbs on top.
