
Rosemary Pizza
Description
Perfectly complements tea and coffee. This light, thin pizza with a rosemary aroma will successfully replace bread and make an excellent addition to any dish. The baked goods are ready. Serve at the table.

Step 1

1. Mix flour, 1/2 teaspoon salt, sugar, and dry yeast in a bowl using an electric mixer, and slowly add 1 cup of cold water. Beat at low speed until the ingredients are combined. Increase the speed and continue mixing for about 10 minutes, until the dough becomes smooth and elastic.

2. Place the dough in a bowl brushed with olive oil and let it rise for 2–4 hours, until it doubles in volume. Divide the dough into two halves. Place each half on a floured surface and let it rest until the dough rises again, for at least 1 hour. Put the dough on a lightly floured surface and shape it into a circle of desired size, about 6 mm thick.

3. Drizzle with the remaining olive oil, sprinkle with chopped rosemary and the remaining salt.

4. Preheat the oven to 270 degrees. Place the pizza on a floured baking sheet and bake until golden brown, for 10 to 12 minutes. Let it cool slightly, slice into pieces, and serve.
