Pizza with olives
Description
Homemade baked goods for tea. Making pizza is not complicated, but you need to maintain the right proportions of filling and dough (and the dough itself must be prepared properly). You can use yeast dough, kefir dough, puff-yeast dough, or other types. The filling can also be varied—meat, vegetables, mushrooms. In general, everyone chooses according to taste preferences or whatever ingredients are available in the fridge. Pizza with olives has a distinctive flavor, which is exactly why I love it. It can be served with tea or coffee.

Step 4

4. Wash the required amount of herbs, dry and finely chop.
- 5
Step 5

Step 6

6. For ease and quick preparation, I use ready-made yeast dough, which is enough for 2 pizzas.

Step 7

7. Divide the dough into two halves, and roll each half into a thin pancake about 0.2–0.5 centimeters thick—the thinner, the better.
