Pizza with onions and cheese
Description
The pastry is simple and quick to prepare. Pizza with onions and cheese can replace bread or serve as a light snack, even for a festive table. Adjust the amount and type of onion (white, red) to your taste. As for the cheese, any yellow variety will work. I added mushrooms to the pizza, but they can easily be omitted. Serve with tea or coffee.
