Instructions

Step 1

Brush the pizza base with olive oil using a brush, remembering to leave 1-2 cm at the edges for the crust.
- 2
Step 2

Place the ready-to-bake base in the oven or on the grill, preheated to 200-230 degrees. If cooking pizza on the grill, place it oil-side down; if in the oven, place it oil-side up, but don't forget to additionally grease the baking sheet.

Step 3

After a couple of minutes of baking, brush the second side of the pizza with olive oil and return it to the oven.
- 4
Step 4

Make sure the base doesn't burn; rotate it as needed for even baking.
- 5
Step 5

After 4-5 minutes, the base is ready for further processing. This is very easy to determine visually!
- 6
Step 6

Spread the Bursa cheese evenly over the surface of the prepared base; it will melt from the heat and distribute uniformly.
- 7
Step 7

Place the filling—salmon, onion, dill, and grated peel—on top of the cheese base.
- 8
Step 8

The pizza can be returned to the oven or grill.
- 9
Step 9

When the crust turns golden brown — the pizza is ready. This takes on average 4-5 minutes.
