Pizza with chicken in a multicooker
Description
The baking is simple and quick. I bought a multicooker half a year ago and have already forgotten when I last used an oven. Now I cook everything—boiling and baking—in my multicooker. I recommend it to all my friends and acquaintances, and recently even gifted one to my parents. It's a miracle helper that always comes through. Let me tell you how easy it is to make pizza in a multicooker. We'll prepare the dough—classic, authentic Italian style—and cook the filling in the multicooker too. Then we'll bake everything together, again in the multicooker. Let's get started. 1. Prepare the dough. Break two eggs into a bowl. Beat them and add warm milk. Mix well. 2. Sift the flour. If you skip this step, the dough will end up lumpy. 3. Gradually pour the egg-and-milk mixture into the sifted flour. Knead the dough for just over ten minutes, but not less. Make sure to knead thoroughly. 4. Shape the dough into a ball and place it into a bowl greased with olive oil. Cover with a towel and let it rest for fifteen minutes. 5. Season the chicken with salt and place it into the multicooker. Set to "stewing" mode for thirty minutes. 6. While the chicken is stewing, your dough will be ready. Roll it out into a flat round and cover with a towel to prevent drying. 7. Once the chicken is cooked, let it cool and then cut it into small pieces. 8. Place the dough into the multicooker. Don't roll it too thin or too large. 9. Spread tomato purée over the dough, then add the chicken, finely chopped tomato. 10. Sprinkle generously with grated Mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses. Close the lid and set to "baking" mode for forty minutes. Your chicken pizza in the multicooker will fill the air with a wonderful aroma! Once baked, decorate the pizza with fresh basil. The dish is ready. Serve it hot.
