Pizza with chicken and corn
Description
The combination of chicken and corn pleasantly surprised me. I never thought it would turn out so delicious! Most importantly, add olives and tomatoes. Although the other filling ingredients are always up to the cook. They can vary. But the main components should remain the same. In our case, these are canned corn and chicken fillet. Cut the chicken into small pieces, as tiny as you'd like to see them in your pizza. I always make them very small. Let's start preparing the dough. 1. Crack two eggs into a bowl and beat them together with warm milk. 2. Sift the flour. 3. Gradually add the egg-milk mixture into the sifted flour, slowly kneading the dough. Once all the mixture is incorporated, knead the dough for at least ten minutes. The dough should be very well mixed. 4. Shape the dough into a ball, lightly oil the bowl, place the dough inside, cover with a towel, and let it rest in a warm place for fifteen minutes. 5. Turn on the oven immediately, preheating it to 200 degrees Celsius. 6. Cut the chicken fillet into pieces and fry until fully cooked on all sides. The meat should become tender. 7. Chop the tomato. Mix it together with olives, canned corn, and chicken in a bowl. 8. Roll out the dough into a circular shape. 9. Line a baking tray with parchment paper and carefully transfer the dough onto it. 10. Spread tomato purée over the dough. Top with the chicken, corn, olives, and tomato filling. 11. If you haven't already grated Parmesan and Mozzarella cheeses, do so now. Grate them and sprinkle the cheese mixture over the pizza. 12. Place the pizza in the oven for 20 minutes. The chicken and corn pizza will turn golden brown and release a wonderful aroma. Decorate the finished pizza with fresh basil. The dish is ready. Serve it hot.
