Pizza with shrimp
Description
Delicious baked goods for the whole family. Shrimp pizza is, in my opinion, one of the most successful kinds of pizza. Personally, as a big fan of shrimp, I like this pizza even more than ham or vegetable pizza. My husband likes it more too—it’s a bit salty (thanks to the shrimp) and goes great with beer :) The children, frankly, don’t care for this pizza much—they’re skeptical about seafood. I recommend giving it a try. It’s worth it. Good luck! Oh, and be careful—the dish is calorie-dense, so don’t overdo it :) Serve cool or slightly warm.
Instructions
- 1
Step 1

Begin by combining all the dry ingredients, then add 200 ml of water and oil and knead the dough. Knead well and leave it in a warm place for 40–50 minutes until it rises.
- 2
Step 2

When the dough has roughly doubled in volume, knead it gently once more (to release the carbon dioxide), then leave it again for 20–30 minutes.
- 3
Step 3

Now we proceed directly to the pizza. Roll out the dough to the desired size and thickness, and coat it evenly with tomato sauce (or another pizza sauce).
- 4
Step 4

Sprinkle the dough with grated cheese.
- 5
Step 5

Arrange the toppings on the pizza surface—shrimp and capers. If you like, you can also add other favorite ingredients.

Step 6

Bake for 10–15 minutes at 220 degrees. Done! :)
