Pizza with potatoes and chicken
Description
This recipe won't take much time. Potato in pizza has been used for a very long time. First, it's simple; second, it's delicious; and third, such pizza easily satisfies hunger for the whole day. Even two small slices make a great dinner. Pizza with potato and chicken tastes great both hot and cold. Therefore, you can take it to work, outdoors, or on a trip, without worrying that it will get cold. Let's start preparing the pizza with the dough. I'll share my favorite dough recipe made with warm milk. 1. In a bowl, whisk together eggs and warm milk. 2. Sift the flour through a sieve—this is very helpful, especially for pizza dough. The dough will be lump-free. 3. Gradually add the milk-and-egg mixture into the sifted flour. Knead the dough. 4. Roll the dough into a ball and place it into a bowl greased with olive oil. Cover with a towel and let it rest in a warm place for fifteen minutes. 5. Cut the chicken fillet into small pieces. Fry in olive oil on all sides until fully cooked and tender. Once ready, transfer to a plate and set aside. 6. Peel the potatoes and slice them as you prefer. I slice them into rounds; if the potatoes are large, I cut them in half or into quarters. 7. The dough has rested. Now roll it out into a flat round shape. 8. Carefully transfer the rolled dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. 9. Spread tomato purée over the dough. 10. Arrange the potato slices, then the chicken pieces. Top with sliced tomatoes. 11. Slice mozzarella thinly and place it over the tomatoes. 12. Grate Parmesan cheese on a coarse grater and sprinkle over the pizza. 13. Bake in the oven for twenty minutes. Pizza with potato and chicken is ready! Garnish with fresh basil. Serve warm or chilled. Perfect with tea.
