Pizza with trout
Description
Homemade baking for tea. If you love pizza, I highly recommend making it with trout—it’s quick and easy. It does have one drawback, though: it gets eaten too quickly. Instead of lightly salted trout, you can use fresh fish. Otherwise, the recipe is basic—use it as a foundation and add something of your own. Serve cooled or slightly warm.

Knead the dough by hand for 5–7 minutes, or use a mixer with a dough hook attachment. Shape the dough into a ball and cover it with a bowl.

Arrange the trout slices.

Bake the pizza for 20–25 minutes at a temperature of 200 degrees. It turned out incredibly delicious; I recommend making it.
