Pizza with cauliflower
Description
This recipe will not take much time. I used frozen cauliflower florets in the preparation, but you can also use fresh vegetables. Be sure to try making pizza with this recipe.
Instructions
- 1
Step 1

Lay out all the ingredients on the table.
- 2
Step 2

Pour warm water into a bowl, add yeast, sugar, and salt (1/2 tsp).
- 3
Step 3

Whisk everything together until the yeast dissolves, pour in the vegetable oil, and whisk again.
- 4
Step 4

Add all the flour.
- 5
Step 5

Knead a soft dough that does not stick to your hands. Shape the dough into a ball in the bowl, cover with a kitchen towel, and let rest for 30 minutes.
- 6
Step 6

Wash the mushrooms and slice them into thin rounds.
- 7
Step 7

Peel the onion and slice it into half-moons.
- 8
Step 8

Boil the cauliflower florets in salted water until tender—about 10–15 minutes from when the liquid comes to a boil. Then drain the water.
- 9
Step 9

First, sauté the mushrooms in vegetable oil over high heat until golden brown.
- 10
Step 10

Then sauté the onion in a clean skillet with vegetable oil over medium heat until tender.
- 11
Step 11

From the dough, form a round pizza base and place it on a baking sheet lined with baking parchment. Spread tomato sauce over the base and arrange thin tomato slices on top, distributing them evenly over the surface.
- 12
Step 12

Spread the fried onions on top.
- 13
Step 13

Arrange the sautéed mushrooms.
- 14
Step 14

Arrange the boiled cauliflower, cutting the florets into smaller pieces if necessary.
- 15
Step 15

Sprinkle everything with grated cheese and bake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for about 15 minutes.
- 16
Step 16

Serve the finished pizza to the table while it is still hot.
