Pizza with broccoli and chicken
Description
This recipe won't take much time. I usually start making pizza with the dough, as I prepare it using an Italian recipe given to me by a friend, the chef of an Italian restaurant. While preparing it, I recall my vacation in Italy, such a pleasant and wonderful trip. Perhaps that's what sets the mood, and that's why my broccoli and chicken pizza turns out so delicious! So, let's get started. 1. In a bowl, beat the eggs and add warm milk. Mix well once again. 2. I'll tell you a secret: for pizza, it's better to sift the flour. This way, the dough will be lump-free. 3. Gradually add the sifted flour into the milk-egg mixture. Knead the dough for 10 minutes, or even longer if possible. 4. When the dough is ready, shape it into a ball. Grease a bowl with olive oil, place the dough inside, and set it in a warm place for fifteen minutes. 5. While the dough is resting, preheat the oven to 200°C (390°F). 6. Now prepare the filling. You need to sauté the chicken. Cut the chicken fillet into small pieces and fry on all sides until fully cooked. 7. Broccoli just needs to be washed and broken into small florets. 8. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper. If you don't have parchment paper, simply grease the baking sheet with olive oil. 9. Take out the dough. Roll it out into a circle and carefully transfer it onto the baking sheet, making sure not to tear it. 10. Spread tomato purée over the dough. You can also use ketchup or tomato sauce. 11. Finely chop the tomatoes. Mix the broccoli, tomatoes, and cooked chicken in a bowl. Spread this mixture evenly over the dough. 12. Sprinkle grated Parmesan and Mozzarella cheese over the filling, distributing it evenly. 13. Place the pizza in the preheated oven and bake for 20 minutes. 14. While the broccoli and chicken pizza is baking, finely chop some basil. Use it to garnish the baked pizza. See how simple it is! The dish is ready. Serve it at the table.
