
Pizza with bacon, onion, and sour cream
Description
Homemade baked goods for tea. The richness of buttery flavor, sweetness of onions, and smoky-salty taste of bacon make this pizza very delicious. The baking is ready. Serve at the table.

1. Cut the bacon into cubes. Preheat the oven to 230 degrees. In a medium skillet, cook the bacon over medium heat until crispy. Using a slotted spoon, remove the bacon from the skillet and place it on paper towels to drain the fat.

2. Add the onion to the skillet and cook until soft, 7–10 minutes. In a food processor, blend ricotta and sour cream with flour, then season with salt and ground black pepper.

3. Divide the prepared pizza dough into 4 parts. Roll each piece into a circle 20 cm in diameter and about 3 mm thick. If the dough is difficult to roll, let it rest for about 10 minutes, then roll again. Brush two large baking sheets with olive oil. Place two pizzas on each baking sheet. Spread the creamy mixture over the surface of each pizza, leaving a 6 mm border around the edge. Top the pizzas with fried bacon and onions.

4. Bake the pizzas on the lower rack in the oven for about 12 minutes, until the crusts turn golden brown. Slice into pieces and serve.
