Pizza
Description
Homemade baked goods for tea. For making the “Spicy” pizza, a wide variety of ingredients with a hot, piquant flavor are suitable. These can be hot peppers, spicy cheese, anchovies, aromatic herbs, hot cucumbers, anything you like and anything you have at home. The pizza dough is quite traditional. It can be served with tea or coffee.
Instructions
- 1
Step 1

Prepare the ingredients.
- 2
Step 2

In warm water dissolve the yeast, salt, and sugar, pour in a tablespoon of olive oil, add the flour.
- 3
Step 3

Knead the dough and place it to ferment in a warm spot for 1–1.5 hours.
- 4
Step 4

While the dough is rising, stir in the spicy “Arrabbiata” blend (which includes a mix of Italian herbs and hot pepper) into the tomatoes so that it “opens up.”
- 5
Step 5

Place the risen dough on the work surface of the table, dusted with flour.
- 6
Step 6

Roll out the dough into a sheet, transfer it onto a baking sheet, and form the edges.
- 7
Step 7

Spread the spicy tomato mixture onto the dough and smooth it out.
- 8
Step 8

Generously sprinkle with grated Parmesan.

- 11
Step 11

Sprinkle the top with dried basil, “dust” with Parmesan, and drizzle with olive oil. Bake for 5–7 minutes at the highest temperature, then reduce the heat and continue baking for another 15 minutes, keeping an eye on your oven, because each one bakes differently.
- 12
Step 12

Serve the pizza hot.
- 13
Step 13

The pizza turned out with a crispy thin crust on the bottom and a sharp, piquant flavor!
