
Powdered Milk Pizza
Description
It goes perfectly with tea and coffee. You can vary the filling to your taste, but pizza mozzarella must stay the same. Be sure to try making pizza using this recipe. It can be served with tea or coffee.

Prepare all the ingredients right away. Wash the tomatoes.

First prepare the dough. Pour warm water into a mug and add dry milk.

Whisk everything until the lumps have completely disappeared.

In a large bowl, pour in the milk mixture, add the sugar and dry yeast. Mix everything together.

Sift the flour, add salt.

Knead a soft dough that does not stick to your hands. Shape the dough into a ball in the bowl and leave it undisturbed for 40 minutes, covered with a kitchen towel.

Slice the salami into thin rounds.

Roll out the dough into a round sheet (diameter approximately 34–36 cm), place it on a baking sheet lined with baking parchment, spread with a thin layer of tomato sauce, and arrange tomato slices on top.
