Pizza on puff pastry in the oven

Prepare all the necessary ingredients.

Cut the sausage into pieces of any size. Personally, I prefer large pieces in pizza.

Thaw the dough thoroughly and roll it out as thin as possible. Transfer it to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Spread the dough with ketchup and place the sausage on it in an even layer. Note: leave a border of about 1 cm wide on each side.

Generously sprinkle with grated cheese on top.
