Description

Modern home cooks make pizza from all sorts of ingredients. This dish has become so beloved and popular that every family has its own special way of preparing it. I personally have several recipes, and now I'd like to share one of them with you—how to make a stovetop vegetable pizza. This is a summer version of the Italian classic, where I include almost all the fresh vegetables I've grown in my garden. Even the base isn't made from regular dough, but from potatoes. The result is delicious, and the pizza disappears within minutes. But that's no problem—thanks to this simple recipe for stovetop vegetable pizza, you can make this dish practically every day.
