Pan pizza with sausage

When you want a quick pizza or don't have an oven, you can make sausage pizza on a skillet. You can add any ingredients to your liking. Serve warm or chilled. Perfect with tea.

   In a large bowl, mix flour, sour cream, salt, and pepper. Add the egg. The mixture should form a liquid batter.

   Pour the batter into a frying pan heated over medium-high heat with vegetable oil.
