Description

Instructions

Step 1

So, prepare the ingredients. Thaw the dough at room temperature. Wash the tomatoes. Cut the sweet pepper into cubes about 2x2 cm, slice the sausage into rounds. Grate the cheese on a coarse grater. Soak the bamboo skewers in water for 10 minutes.

Step 2

Cut the dough into strips; the length doesn't matter, but the width should be 2 cm. There's no need to roll out the dough—just unroll it and cut into 10 strips.

Step 3

Now comes the most interesting part! You'll need between 20 and 30 cherry tomatoes, depending on how frequently you'd like to alternate them with other vegetables. So, take a skewer in your right hand and dough in your left, and start assembling the pizza: dough - sausage - pepper - dough - tomato - dough - sausage - pepper - dough - tomato, and so on. You can finish the pizza either with dough or with a tomato.

Step 4

Transfer the pizzas onto parchment paper. Mix vegetable oil with Italian herbs. Brush each pizza with a pastry brush.
- 5
Step 5

Generously sprinkle mozzarella on top.

Step 6

Place the pizzas in the oven for 15 minutes at 220 degrees. Done! Enjoy your hot pizzas!
