
Pizza on a baking sheet in the oven
Description
Pizza is a great dish for dinner, children's parties, gatherings with friends, and more. You can use meat or vegetable toppings, tomato or creamy sauce. Serve pizza immediately after baking, sliced into pieces. You can eat it cold as well, but it tastes better when hot.

1. Thaw the yeast pizza dough (homemade or store-bought) in advance, knead it by hand, and shape it into a ball.

2. Roll out the dough thinly, grease the baking sheet with olive oil and sprinkle with cornmeal, place the dough on it and stretch it with your hands.

3. Season the tomato puree with salt and pepper, add dried herbs. Brush the dough with olive oil and spread the tomato sauce on top.

4. Place the cheese balls over the entire base, finely chop a basil sprig, and sprinkle the pizza with the herbs.
