Pizza on kefir without eggs
Description
The baking turns out simply and quickly. The topping for this pizza can be absolutely anything you like. Today I suggest making kefir pizza without eggs, topped with sausage, mushrooms, tomatoes, and cheese. The thickness of the pizza depends entirely on how thinly you roll out the dough. For a fluffier pizza, roll the dough to about 7–10 mm thick; for a thinner crust, roll it as thin as you can (about 3–4 mm). From the listed dough ingredients you’ll get about 2–4 pizzas 27–29 cm in diameter, depending on how you roll it out. The recipe is straightforward, and the dough is pliable and quite easy to work with. Give it a try. Serve cooled or lightly warm.
Instructions
- 1
Step 1

Prepare all ingredients.
- 2
Step 2

Slightly warm the kefir in the microwave, then add salt and baking soda.
- 3
Step 3

Pour in the oil.
- 4
Step 4

Add the flour gradually, in portions.
- 5
Step 5

You may need a little more or a little flour than stated in the recipe. The finished dough should not stick to your hands and should be soft and pliable. Shape it into a ball, cover with a towel and let it rest for 20 minutes.
- 6
Step 6

Cut off as much dough as you need and roll it out on a floured surface to match the pan size. Grease the baking pan with butter or oil, carefully transfer the dough, and use your hands to shape small raised edges around the sides.
- 7
Step 7

Spread the dough with tomato sauce or ketchup and sprinkle with oregano or Italian herbs.
- 8
Step 8

On top, spread the filling. I used: smoked sausage, fried mushrooms and cherry tomatoes.
- 9
Step 9

Sprinkle cheese on top of the filling and bake in the oven at 180°C for about 20 minutes. The exact baking time depends on how thick the rolled-out dough is.

The kefir pizza without eggs is ready.
