
Pizza on a baguette in a pan
Description
Homemade baked goods for tea. The best part about preparing this dish is that you can make it with a variety of ingredients. Everything you find in the fridge (leftover sausage, cheese, and a couple of vegetables) can easily be used. The pizza turns out inexpensive and delicious, and it takes no more than an hour to prepare—very convenient when you want to make a tasty breakfast or welcome unexpected guests.

1. For the filling, finely chop the mushrooms, chicken pieces, and sausage pieces.

2. Peel the onion and carrot, then rinse both under running water. Dice the onion finely and grate the carrot on a fine grater. Wash and chop the tomato (or use sun-dried tomatoes). Place a frying pan over heat, pour in a little oil, and add the vegetables.

3. In a bowl, combine the vegetables, meat with mushrooms and sausage, and mix well. Slice the bun into pieces.

4. Pour a few drops of oil into a frying pan and place whole slices of bread in it. Fill the spaces between them with pieces of bread roll. Fry until a light crust forms, then flip to the other side.
