Instant pizza
Description
The recipe won't take much time. Of course, my pizza recipe is far from the original, but if you don't want to spend a long time working with dough (and then wait for it to bake in the oven), or don't want to turn on the oven at all, or simply don't have one, then my recipe will come in handy. We'll be cooking pizza in a pan—the dough will be soft and tender. Well then, write down my recipe. Serve it cooled or slightly warm.

Prepare all the necessary ingredients. For the filling, you can use anything you like. You can make a pizza with just cheese, tried and tested – very delicious.

Mix the liquid ingredients: eggs, sour cream, and mayonnaise, stirring until smooth. This will make it easier for you to achieve a uniform consistency later on.

Add the flour and knead the dough thoroughly with a spoon.

The dough should turn out like cupcake batter, thick and slightly runny.

Prepare the filling. Cut the sausage into slices.

Slice the tomatoes thinly.

Heat the pan well. Place the prepared dough into it and spread it evenly with a spatula.

Sprinkle with grated hard cheese and cook over low heat, covered, for 5-7 minutes.
