Step 1

Break the eggs into a bowl, add sour cream and mayonnaise, mix everything and whisk slightly. Then add the flour and mix again until smooth. The batter will be quite liquid, but that's how it should be.

Step 2

Grease the baking sheet with vegetable oil and place the prepared dough on it, spreading it evenly over the sheet.
- 3
Step 3

Now carefully spread a small amount of tomato sauce over the dough and sprinkle with spices.

Step 4

Cut any ingredients you like into small pieces and place the filling on the dough; you can sprinkle it with a little salt.

Step 5

Place the baking sheet in a preheated oven at 180 degrees and bake the pizza for about 8-10 minutes, then remove the baking sheet and sprinkle the pizza with grated cheese, returning it to the oven for just about a minute.

Step 6

If your oven is working properly, this amount of time should be sufficient for the crust to bake. But just in case, pierce it with a toothpick in several places. If the toothpick comes out dry, your pizza is ready. Once it has cooled slightly, it can be served.
