Pizza in a pan
Description
Homemade baked goods for tea. Actually, this simple "Minute" pan pizza recipe is not new at all, and perhaps some of you have already cooked this dish. No wonder—it's a real lifesaver when you have absolutely no time to prepare a proper lunch or dinner. In such a situation, just open the fridge and use whatever ingredients you have on hand to make a quick "Minute" pan pizza at home. Believe me, nothing is simpler, tastier, or faster than this wonderful pizza when you're hungry. Serve it cooled down or slightly warm.
Instructions

Step 1

Place the sour cream into a deep bowl, crack in the egg, and add flour, salt, and baking soda.
- 2
Step 2

Thoroughly mix all the ingredients until a uniform dough is obtained, with a consistency similar to thick sour cream.
- 3
Step 3

Grease the frying pan with vegetable oil and place the prepared dough on it in a thin, even layer, spreading it uniformly across the entire surface of the pan.
- 4
Step 4

Spread the tomato sauce over the dough flatbread and sprinkle with spices.
- 5
Step 5

Now we add any filling; I used red onion, sliced into rings.
- 6
Step 6

Then sliced cucumber and boiled sausage.
- 7
Step 7

And, of course, don't forget to generously sprinkle all of this with grated cheese.
- 8
Step 8

Place the pan over low heat, cover with a lid, and in just 8-10 minutes our pizza will be completely ready.

Step 9

It's best to eat it while it's still warm. Enjoy your meal, everyone!
