Pizza
Description
Delicious baked treat for the whole family. You can make “Minute” pizza literally in a flash! This simple, unfussy dish will save you when you don’t have the energy or time to stand at the stove but still want to treat your loved ones. Pan pizza made with this recipe is almost as good as proper oven-baked pizza. Use any filling you like. In a 27–30 cm skillet, the pizza will have a thinner crust; if you want fluffy dough, use a smaller skillet—whichever you prefer. The recipe is simple and definitely worth your attention. Of course, the pizza doesn’t cook in a minute but takes a good half hour, yet it really disappears from the plate in a minute! There’s minimal cooking compared to the classic version, yet it turns out very tasty indeed! Give it a try. The pizza is ready. Serve at the table.
Instructions
- 1
Step 1

Prepare all the ingredients for the pizza. Grate the cheese on a coarse grater. Prepare the filling right away.
- 2
Step 2

In a deep bowl, combine the egg and salt. Beat lightly.
- 3
Step 3

Add the sour cream and mix.
- 4
Step 4

At the end, add the flour and baking powder.
- 5
Step 5

Mix everything until smooth and homogeneous. The dough should be fairly sticky.
- 6
Step 6

Lightly grease the skillet with vegetable oil and set it over the lowest heat. Spread the dough and smooth it out, working from the center of the pan toward the edges. I first dip a clean spoon in cold water—this keeps the dough from sticking and lets you spread it evenly quite quickly.
- 7
Step 7

Cover the pan with a lid and let the top set — 3–5 minutes is enough.
- 8
Step 8

As soon as the dough sets on top, spread it with ketchup or your favorite sauce to taste. You can add basil or oregano.
- 9
Step 9

Sprinkle approximately 2/3 of the cheese on top.
- 10
Step 10

Spread your favorite topping on top. I made mine with sausage and cherry tomatoes.
- 11
Step 11

Sprinkle the filling with the remaining cheese. Cover the pan with the lid again, turn the heat up slightly (about just below medium) and cook for another 10–15 minutes.
- 12
Step 12

I go by the cheese (it should melt well) and by a golden-brown bottom—the main thing is not to overcook it. If your pan is small, it may take a little longer, as the batter will be thicker.

Step 13

Pizza "Minutka" is ready.
