Instant pizza

Description

The recipe won't take much time. Here's a very simple "Instant" pizza (ready in a minute), which disappears from plates even faster than it's prepared. You can replace the main ingredients with whatever you have on hand (bacon, mushrooms, chicken, ham...). Quick! Easy! Inexpensive!! Serve cooled down or slightly warm.

   Step 1

   In a container, mix mayonnaise and sour cream. Add eggs and beat everything together.

   Add the flour and knead thoroughly. Set aside.

   Prepare the filling: cut sausages, ham, and salami into thin strips, slice olives and tomatoes into half-rings, and grate the cheese.

   Pour the batter onto a frying pan greased with vegetable oil. Layer the filling, spices (salt, pepper), cheese, and top with mayonnaise.

   Place the pan on low heat and cover with a lid. When the cheese has melted, the pizza is ready.
