Pizza
Description
Delicious baked treat for the whole family. Everyone has their favorite pizza. I want to share my children's favorite version—pepperoni and cheese. This recipe is great because you can use this dough as a base; it's universal and allows you to experiment with any filling. Take any ingredients you like, bake your personal favorite pizza, and your baked delight is ready. Serve it at the table.
Instructions
- 1
Step 1

Prepare all the ingredients from the list.
- 2
Step 2

In a deep bowl, combine warm water, sugar, and yeast. Stir and let stand for 10–15 minutes.
- 3
Step 3

Then add flour and salt. Mix and add 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil.
- 4
Step 4

Knead a soft and slightly sticky dough. Shape it into a ball, coat with vegetable oil, and let it rise in a warm place, covered with a towel, for about 1 hour. The dough should nearly double in size.
- 5
Step 5

Sprinkle the baking paper or a special culinary mat with flour. Place the dough on top and roll it out into a circle about 28 cm in diameter. The thinner you roll the dough, the thinner the pizza will be; conversely, the smaller the diameter, the fluffier the pizza will turn out. Adjust according to your preference. To prevent air pockets from forming in the dough, prick it evenly with a fork.

Step 6

Spread the sauce over the dough and sprinkle with grated cheese. We like suluguni, but you can use any cheese that melts well.
- 7
Step 7

Place the thinly sliced sausage on top of the cheese. The amount of sausage depends on your taste preferences. Transfer the pizza, along with the mat or paper, onto a baking sheet and bake at 230-250 degrees Celsius for about 7-10 minutes.

Step 8

The "Favorite" pizza is ready. Optionally, garnish with fresh herbs.
