Pizza
Description
Delicious baked goods for the whole family. For making pizza, both marinated artichokes and artichokes packed in oil work—simply lay the latter on a layer of paper towels to remove any excess oil. If you like, you can lightly drizzle the finished pizza with good extra virgin olive oil and sprinkle it with dried oregano; they will make it even tastier. Serve warm or chilled. Perfect with tea.

Step 1

Prepare all the ingredients you need for the dough. The amounts are for two pizzas about 30 centimeters in diameter.

Step 2

From flour, warm water, oil, yeast, salt, and sugar, knead the dough; it will be slightly sticky to the hands. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and place it in a warm spot for about 50–60 minutes. During this time the dough will rise several times; punch it down well with your hands.

Step 3

Divide the dough into two equal portions and prepare all the ingredients for the pizza filling. Slice the olives into rounds, grate the hard cheese, and drain the artichokes in a colander to remove all the marinade.

Step 4

Sprinkle parchment with flour, place the dough on it, roll it out into a thin circle, and spread with tomato sauce from your favorite brand.
- 5
Step 5

Lay out slices of thinly sliced ham; on the ham, arrange mushrooms cut into thin slices.
- 6
Step 6

Slice the mozzarella into thin slices as well, arrange it on the mushroom layer, and sprinkle with sliced olives.
- 7
Step 7

Now thinly slice the artichokes and spread them on top of the base as the next layer.

Step 8

The finishing touch — grated hard cheese that melts well in the oven. Transfer the assembled dish onto a baking sheet and bake in an oven preheated to 200 degrees for 15 minutes using upper and lower heat (conventional bake). Place the baking sheet in the middle of the oven.
