Description
Any sausage will do for pizza – from boiled to dry‑cured! For example, I love cooking with salami because it has a slightly salty taste. Choose hard cheese such as Gouda or Edam. Let me tell you, the bake is ready. Serve at the table.

Prepare all the necessary ingredients.

Beat the egg with a fork and water, and add a pinch of salt.

Gradually add the sifted flour and knead a soft dough.

Roll out the dough and place it on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. I like thin crust, so I roll it out quite thin. Adjust the thickness to your taste. You can also divide the dough into two parts and make two small pizzas. Spread ketchup on the dough using a pastry brush.

Then lay out the onion rings.

Place the sausage, sliced into rounds, on the onion.
