Pizza made with flaky yeast dough
Description
Homemade baking for tea. Thaw pizza dough. Roll it out not too thin and spread mayonnaise on it. Fill the pizza with your desired toppings and bake in a preheated oven until done. To prevent the dough from puffing up, prick it in several places with a fork. Good luck! Serve with tea or coffee.
Instructions
- 1
Step 1

Prepare the ingredients according to the list. Leave the dough on the table to thaw.
- 2
Step 2

Slice the cucumber thinly into rounds, and remove excess moisture.
- 3
Step 3

Slice the peeled onion thinly into half-rings so that it has time to bake in the oven.
- 4
Step 4

Remove the casing from the sausages and slice thinly into rounds.
- 5
Step 5

Roll out the dough on a floured surface. If there are any folds, smooth them out with a rolling pin. Cut it to the shape of the pan in which you will bake the pizza.
- 6
Step 6

Place the dough onto the baking sheet. I used a dry non-stick baking tray and dusted the underside of the dough with flour. As a result, nothing stuck.
- 7
Step 7

Use a fork to poke holes in the dough. Generously brush with mayonnaise. You can also add ketchup if desired.
- 8
Step 8

Place the filling: sausage, cucumber, onion.
- 9
Step 9

Generously sprinkle with cheese. Add salt and spices to taste, if desired. I didn't use any at all. Place the pizza in a preheated oven at 250°C for 12–15 minutes.

Step 10

The pizza is ready. Carefully remove it from the baking sheet with a spatula and slice. Enjoy!
