
Seafood cocktail pizza

1. To prepare the dough, mix the sifted flour with salt and yeast. Add warm water, olive oil, and knead until you get an elastic dough. Shape it into a ball and refrigerate for about an hour. Then roll it out and prick with a fork. For seafood cocktail pizza, you can also use yeast-free dough.

2. To make a delicious sauce, peel the tomatoes and grate the flesh on a grater. Place the flesh in a frying pan with a small amount of olive oil. Add garlic pressed through a garlic press, salt, pepper, and your favorite spices. Simmer over heat until thickened. Then spread the sauce over the cake layer.

3. Bring water to a boil in a small saucepan. Place the seafood in it for 2-3 minutes. Then drain in a colander, dry slightly, and arrange over the crust.

4. Place the olives on top, cutting them in half beforehand if desired. Seafood pizza made at home can be just as good as restaurant-quality. For a delicious crust, mix grated Parmesan with chopped basil and sprinkle it on top. Put the dish in a preheated oven for about 15–20 minutes.
