Lavash Pizza
Description
This lavash pizza recipe might seem unusual, but only to those who have never tried baked cottage cheese. Believe me—it's a worthy alternative to the regular cheese crust! As you can see, this simple lavash pizza recipe is quite diet-friendly and suitable even for the little ones. But if you'd like a heartier pizza, feel free to add more meat or mushrooms, and, for example, replace the ham with sausages. So, good luck in the kitchen—I hope your homemade lavash pizza turns out wonderfully. It can be served with tea or coffee.
