Cold-Prepared Yeast Dough Pizza
Description
Delicious baked goods for the whole family. From the quantities given you get 3 pizzas 30 cm in diameter, or 4 that are a little smaller. You can keep the dough in the refrigerator for up to 3 days; if you are not planning to bake in the near future, move it to the freezer after it has finished proofing. Long cold storage develops gluten structure, which is very important for stretching the dough by hand. It is also very handy with your schedule! Spend about 20–25 minutes on kneading in the evening, and for roughly 2–3 days you have dough ready for baking. And from this dough you can make not only pizza but also fry flatbreads, bake pies with all kinds of fillings, or buns, croissants, pretzels, or assorted pastries. Worth saving this recipe. The bake is ready. Serve at the table.
Instructions
- 1
Step 1

Prepare all the ingredients. The most important part here is of course the dough, but you can make the filling however you like.
- 2
Step 2

Combine water, sugar, and yeast. Mix. Add oil.
- 3
Step 3

Then add salt and gradually incorporate the flour.
- 4
Step 4

Knead a soft, slightly sticky dough. Cover with a towel and let rest for 10 minutes.
- 5
Step 5

Then knead the dough in a bowl or on the work surface for another 5–10 minutes. After kneading, the dough will be denser and smoother. Brush or rub it with vegetable oil, put it in a plastic (cellophane) bag, tie it closed, and refrigerate overnight.

Step 6

This is how the dough looked for me the next day. Divide the dough into 3 equal parts. Wait - the Russian says "на 3 части" which is "into 3 parts" not necessarily "equal". I'll stick with "Divide the dough into 3 parts" to preserve the original precisely. This is how the dough looked for me the next day. Divide the dough into 3 parts.

Brush with sauce and sprinkle with oregano.

Spread your favorite filling on top.
