Yeast-free whole wheat pizza
Description
It goes perfectly with tea and coffee. For the pizza to taste its best, you must roll the dough to 3 mm thick and no more. If the base is thicker, it will not bake through well and will be tough and unappetizing. I should also add that you can make the filling to your own taste. But bacon and ham make the pizza juicy and bring out its flavor. Keep this recipe in mind.
Instructions
- 1
Step 1

Prepare the necessary ingredients.
- 2
Step 2

Make the dough. In a bowl, mix kefir, egg, and a pinch of salt.
- 3
Step 3

Add the flour and baking powder. Start mixing with a fork; as soon as the dough comes together in lumps, pour in a tablespoon of oil and knead with your hands. The dough will stick to your hands while kneading, but it will gradually form a ball.
- 4
Step 4

Wrap the resulting dough in a bag and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
- 5
Step 5

While the dough cools, prepare the filling. Cut the ham into thick julienne strips. Cut the bacon into small pieces.
- 6
Step 6

Cut the tomatoes into quarters. Cut the pepper into thin strips. Dice the onion finely.
- 7
Step 7

When the time is up, take the dough out of the refrigerator. Roll it into a sheet 3 mm thick, place it on parchment paper, then on a baking sheet. Prick the sheet all over with a fork. Put the baking sheet with the base in an oven preheated to 230°C for 3–4 minutes. The crust should set.
- 8
Step 8

After the time elapses, take the baking sheet with the slab out of the oven. Do not turn off the oven. Spread tomato sauce over the base. Sprinkle or grate 80 grams of cheese on top.
- 9
Step 9

On the cheese, arrange ham and bacon. If desired, sprinkle with aromatic herbs.
- 10
Step 10

Arrange the tomatoes and pepper. Grate the remaining cheese on top. Put in an oven preheated to 230 degrees for 15 minutes. Allow for how your own oven behaves.
- 11
Step 11

After the time has elapsed, take the pizza out of the oven.
- 12
Step 12

And serve immediately.
- 13
Step 13

Remove from the oven and serve warm or cooled.
