Hawaiian pizza with pineapples
Description
Perfect for tea and coffee. Hawaiian pizza is usually made with pineapple and chicken. But I prefer adding mushrooms and meat. For example, ham and bacon go well with both canned and fresh pineapple. To make Hawaiian pizza with pineapple, prepare regular yeast dough, or you can use ready-made dough. Baking is ready. Serve at the table.
Instructions
- 1
Step 1

Dissolve the packet of dry yeast in warm water.
- 2
Step 2

Mix the salt with the flour; it is recommended to sift the flour. Add vegetable oil to the flour and knead the dough.
- 3
Step 3

Add the risen yeast starter to the flour mixture. Knead a soft yeast dough. You can let the dough rise again, or you can proceed immediately to making the pizza.
- 4
Step 4

Roll out the prepared dough (this amount of dough is enough for two pizzas) and place it in a baking pan, forming the edges.
- 5
Step 5

Cut the ham into cubes. Cut the bacon into pieces and fry until golden brown.
- 6
Step 6

Cut the canned (or fresh) pineapple into cubes, just like the ham. You can optionally add mushrooms: regular button mushrooms or shiitake.
- 7
Step 7

Spread the pizza base generously with pizza sauce (you can use tomato paste or salsa), then sprinkle with grated mozzarella (or simply place cheese in pieces) and distribute evenly over the base. Also, evenly arrange ham, bacon, mushrooms, pineapple, and add herbs to taste if desired.
- 8
Step 8

Bake the pizza in a preheated oven (220-250°C) for about 10-15 minutes. Serve the finished Hawaiian pizza with pineapple with additional cheese, herbs, or olive oil.
