Pizza
Description
Homemade baking for tea. Making "Funghi" pizza is quite simple; the ingredient list is minimal and available year-round. The dough is also very good on its own—thin, tender, and delicious. It works for any topping. You can use any mushrooms. Pizzerias usually use champignons, but if possible, choose wild mushrooms. They make it much tastier and more aromatic. Pizza made with this recipe will look great both at a family dinner and at any lively party. Keep this recipe in mind. It can be served with tea or coffee.
Instructions
- 1
Step 1

Prepare all the ingredients.
- 2
Step 2

Add sugar and yeast to warm water. Stir and let sit for 15 minutes.
- 3
Step 3

Then add the flour, mix everything together, and pour in the oil.
- 4
Step 4

Next, knead a soft, slightly sticky dough by hand. Shape it into a ball, grease it with oil, cover the bowl with plastic wrap, and leave the dough for 1.5 hours. It should increase in size.

Step 5

This amount of dough makes one large pizza if you bake it on a sheet pan, or two smaller ones, 27 cm in diameter. I usually divide the dough in half and simply put the second part in the freezer until needed. So, roll out the dough and place it in an oiled pan. Prick the dough with a fork.

Step 6

Then spread the dough with tomato sauce and sprinkle with spices (oregano, basil, or Herbes de Provence).
- 7
Step 7

Arrange the sliced champignons on top.
- 8
Step 8

And on top of the champignons, place the tomatoes cut into wedges.
- 9

Pizza "Funghi" is ready.
