Pizza with sausage
Description
The recipe won't take much time. We prefer pizza on classic thin yeast dough. The salty flavor of sausage, olives, and cheese goes well with shallots. They don't have the bitterness that regular onions do. You can also use sweet leek. I've described it in detail in the recipe below. Serve warm or chilled. Perfect with tea.
Instructions
- 1
Step 1

Prepare the ingredients for the dough. Dissolve the yeast and sugar in warm milk. Let it sit in a warm place for 10 minutes. Sift the flour and salt into a deep bowl.
- 2
Step 2

Add the risen yeast and olive oil to the flour. Knead until you get a smooth, elastic dough. Shape the dough into a ball, place it in a bowl greased with vegetable oil, cover, and let rise in a warm place for 1 hour.

Step 3

Wash the tomatoes and dry them. Remove the protective casing from the sausage. Grate the cheese on a coarse grater. Peel the onion and slice it thinly.
- 4
Step 4

Cut the sausage and ham into thin strips. Slice the olives into thin rings and the tomatoes into slices.
- 5
Step 5

Preheat the oven to 250 °C. Punch down the risen dough and divide it into 2 parts.
- 6
Step 6

Roll out one part of the dough on parchment paper into a very thin round layer. Transfer it onto a baking sheet and spread with a mixture of tomato sauce and sour cream.
- 7
Step 7

Spread half of the filling—sausage, tomatoes—over the entire tortilla.
- 8
Step 8
