Rustic chicken pizza
Description
Homemade baked goods for tea. In our villages, cheeses like Parmesan and Mozzarella are, of course, rare, but let's not forget that pizza is an Italian dish. And in Italian villages, perhaps there are no other cheeses. So get them ready for making our country-style pizza. Turn on the oven and let it heat up to 200 degrees. Meanwhile, let's start preparing. 1. Begin with the chicken. Cut the chicken fillet into small pieces and fry. Then simmer until fully cooked. 2. Set the cooked chicken aside. Now prepare the dough. Grate the Parmesan and Mozzarella cheeses and mix them together. Divide the mixture into two parts: one will go into the dough, the other will be used to top our pizza. 3. Add flour to one part of the cheese mixture and beat in an egg. Knead the dough. Add cooled boiled water as needed. 4. The dough is ready—nice and elastic. Roll it out into a circular shape. 5. Prepare a baking tray, line it with parchment paper or grease it with olive oil. 6. Place the dough onto the tray—this is our pizza base. 7. Now for the filling. Finely chop the tomato. Chop the basil. Mix the tomato, basil, and chicken pieces in a bowl. 8. Spread tomato puree over the pizza base. You can also use tomato sauce or ketchup. 9. Place the chicken, tomato, and basil filling on top. Sprinkle everything with the remaining Parmesan and Mozzarella cheese mixture. 10. Put it in the oven for 20 minutes. Quick and delicious! Serve warm or cooled. Perfect with tea.
