Rustic pizza
Description
Delicious baked dish for the whole family. Don't be surprised that sourdough dough is used to make this Italian pizza—it works perfectly for savory baking. Moreover, this is the only pizza that requires béchamel sauce instead of tomato sauce—a simple yet very tasty alternative. Potatoes, mushrooms, and bacon make the pizza hearty and aromatic, while the spices enhance the appetite. You can substitute bacon with salami, and use a mix of oregano, marjoram, and basil as spices. The baking is ready. Serve at the table.
