
Pizza without tomato paste
Description
The pastry is prepared simply and quickly. Pizza without tomato paste is no less tasty, but more original. For the filling, use fried onion and sausage, and for the sauce a mixture of milk, sour cream, and eggs works well. Ketchup and mayonnaise are not used in this recipe, which will please many. The pastry is ready. Serve at the table.

Prepare all the ingredients.

For the dough, add yeast and a little sugar (0.5 tsp) to warm water. Stir.

Pour 30 grams of vegetable oil into the liquid mixture.

Knead a soft dough, let it rest for 30–40 minutes to rise.
